Blake Hueske, CPL
Blake is a Senior Staff Landman with XTO Energy Inc. working the Utica and Marcellus in Ohio and West Virginia. He graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station in 2005 with a degree in Biomedical Science. Blake has worked continuously for XTO since 2005, beginning as a field contract Landman working Texas projects through a broker, Bryson Kuba, LP. Blake and his wife Emily have two children, Tate and Etta.
Cody D. Lyon, CPL
Cody D. Lyon is a founding member of Veracity Land Services, LLC and also currently serves as a managing partner. Mr. Lyon has obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Tarleton State University and has since gone on to obtain his Masters of Science in Leadership and Management, also from Tarleton State University. Mr. Lyon currently resides in Brock, Texas with his wife Jessica and two children, Miles and Tripp.
Lindsay Spooner, CPL
Lindsay is currently a Senior Landman with EOG Resources, Inc., and has been with EOG since 2007. She has been a member of the FWAPL and AAPL since 2007, receiving her CPL designation in 2016. Lindsay received a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and a M.B.A. in Business Administration both from Texas Wesleyan University. She is married to her husband Koby and has three stepsons Kade (18), Jake (16), Dane (11) and one daughter, Blakely (1).
Carlos De La Garza, RPL
Carlos is Landman for XTO Energy Inc. working in the Acquisition & Divestitures team. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 with a degree in Energy Management and a minor in French. He has been a member of FWAPL since 2011 and AAPL since 2008 and has served as the chair of the Golf Tournament and the Scholarship Committee. He is currently serving as chair for the 2016 FWAPL Golf Tournament and is part the FWAPL Sport Clay Event Committee.
Charles is Project Manager/Senior Landman with Holland Services. He started his Landman career with Holland in early 2006. After a brief time at Permian Land Co., he returned to Holland in the latter part of 2010. Charles has been a member of FWAPL since 2007 and AAPL since 2010. He received his B.B.A. in Management from Texas Christian University. Born in Dallas, Charles has lived in Fort Worth since the age of two. In his spare time Charles enjoys cycling.
Blaine E. Gamble, CPL
Mr. Gamble is a Partner at Norwood Land Services, LLC. Blaine joined Norwood in February of 2006 and immediately began field work in East Texas. He has been a member of the AAPL since 2006 and earned his Certified Professional Landman designation in 2014. Blaine is active in the FWAPL, previously serving a two year term as Director, along with chairing the FWAPL/Ratliff Sporting Clay event in 2013 and 2014. He is currently serving a three year term on the AAPL Technology committee. Blaine is a registered Easement and ROW agent in the state of Texas. He has had the opportunity to work on and oversee projects in various parts of the United States, focusing his efforts mainly in Texas and Oklahoma. Blaine is a graduate of Texas Tech University and currently resides with his wife, Annie and their two children in Aledo, TX.

Charlie N. Scherer, CPL
Charlie is a Senior Landman with XTO Energy Inc. working the Bakken Shale in North Dakota. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 with a B.B.A. degree in Energy Management and received his M.B.A from Texas Christian University in 2015. Charlie has been a member of FWAPL since 2010 and AAPL since 2005. Prior to joining XTO in 2010, Charlie worked as a field landman for Quicksilver Resources in the Barnett Shale and was a managing member of Ranch View Resources, a small operating company. Charlie and his wife M.K. reside in Fort Worth with their son, Henry.
Kyle Bosse, RPL
Kyle is currently working for Double Eagle Energy Holdings II, LLC as a Landman in the Permian Basin. Kyle has been an active member of both the AAPL and FWAPL since 2011. Kyle graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. He resides in Fort Worth with his wife, Lauren.
Diana S. Frazier, CPL MBA
Principal of Guardian Mineral Management and Consulting. As Founding Principal Diana Frazier oversees the management of the company as well as acting as the Principal Portfolio Manager for all client’s minerals under management. Frazier has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and an Oil and Gas Master’s of Business Administration from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. She also holds the Certified Professional Landman designation from the American Association of Professional Landmen. While working as a Petroleum Landmanager, she has held multiple roles over the past ten years. Frazier sits on the Advisory Board for the Women’s Energy Network of North Texas. She also sits on the Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen’s Board and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen. She and her family reside in Fort Worth, Texas. Diana enjoys playing at the playground with her three daughters and two dogs.

Sean Foster, RPL
Sean Foster is currently a Project Manager at Norwood Land Services, LLC where he has been contracted/employed since August 2008. Sean began his career in oil and gas with field work in the Barnett Shale. While at Norwood he has contributed to a variety of projects in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and North Dakota. Sean became a member of the AAPL in 2010 and earned his Registered Professional Landman designation in 2014. Since becoming a member of the FWAPL in 2014, he has served as a volunteer for the FWAPL/Ratliff Sporting Clay event in 2014 & 2015 as well as the FWAPL Sporting Clay Event in 2016. Sean has also served as a volunteer for the FWAPL Golf Tournament from 2014-2016. Sean resides in Rhome, Texas with his wife of 14 years, Beja. Together they have two boys, Peyton, 13, and Carter, 10. Sean is also an active member of Keystone Church in Keller, Texas.
Brice Morgan, CPL
Brice currently works for Clearfork Resources, LLC and has been involved with FWAPL and AAPL since 2005. He received his B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University. Brice and his wife, Lynn, live in Aledo with their two children, Max and Wellsley.
